We will gladly accept returns or exchange, given that:

• The goods returned are NOT damaged.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•  It must also be in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any).
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at their own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 3 days (excluding Sundays) after receiving the return products.
